Featured member Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions of becomeing a Bidlance International Featured Member.
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions applicable to members of the service operated by Bidlance International. Members must agree to the following Terms and Conditions. In the event a member breaches or otherwise fails to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions then in addition to any other remedy available to Bidlance International, Bidlance International may terminate the participation of such member in the service at any given time without refund. Featured membership and Certified membership are the same and may be referred to as either throughout the site.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be elegible for the Featured Member status you must meet the following standards..
Providers
- A minimum of a 9 star member rating.
Buyers
As a buyer you are not required to have any special requirements, and the use of your featured membership is to receive reductions on the costs of the following services...
- Featured projects
- Urgent projects
- Private projects
REMOVAL FROM FEATURE
If while being a Featured Member you receive bad feedback which makes your rating drop below the required standard, then Bidlance International reserves the right to discontinue your Featured Membership status immediately without any refund.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
The payment for your Featured Membership will be taken directly from your Bidlance International account. Each membership lasts for 30 days and can be renewed at any point after expiration. If your Bidlance International account does not contain the funds needed to purchase your Featured membership, then you will be prompted to add funds before you can carry out the transaction.
