Full Terms & Conditions of the BidlanceInternational.com 2011 Giveaway
Conditions of entry
To be applicable for the giveaway you must meet the correct requirements: 1) You must refer at least 10 new members to BidlanceInternational.com. 2) all new members must either be: a) new buyers looking for professionals. or b) Professional freelance workers looking to bid on projects. Any accounts that are found to be unrelated to clause a or b will not be counted. 3) at least 1 new member your account has referred must be a buyer seeking a professional and must place at least 1 new project on BidlanceInternational.com. 4) at least 5 of the required ammount of members your account has referred to Bidlance International must be active for at least 3 weeks after the closing date of this giveaway. Active users are calculated by their accounts logging into our website. 5) at least 1 project your referrals have placed on Bidlance International must be awarded to a professional, and accepted by the said professional. 6) at least one thousand total users must be signed upto Bidlance International website for this offer to be valid. all prizes will be calculated on the 20th december 2011 and winners will be notified on the 25th of december 2011. All winners will get 7 days to confirm their shipping address if they wish to receive their prize by the 5th of january 2012. 7) any prize not claimed by the 25th of january 2012 will be void. 8) each new member referred to BidlanceInternational.com must be from a unique IP address. Any duplicate IP addresses being used will not be counted. Any accounts being found to have been created via using a proxy or other IP changing application will not be counted, and all accounts related to that user will be suspended and frozen until a full investigation has been carried out. 9) all entrants must be over the age of 18 to be valid for this competition. 10) any prizes awarded outside of Great Britain, Europe, Usa & Canada will be subject to paying postage fees for the said item. 11) the main prize is subject to manufacturers availability and a replacement of the same specification or greater may be offered. 12) all referrals must arrive to www.bidlanceinternational.com via the referral link shown in your accounts control panel. Any accounts referred via any other method will not be counted. 13) at least ten users of www.bidlanceinternational.com must have qualified for entry of the giveaway for the prizes to be awarded. All prizes are awarded using a random generator.
